
Our journey to being one of the leading Restaurants in the South Asian community began in 2003 when the Tandoori Pearl Restaurant in Scarborough was opened. Our latest expansion has been the development of our Outdoor Catering Production Unit, which has given us the capabilities of being able to cater for even more events and expand our range of cuisines and services. Our purpose has always been to distinguish ourselves from our competition by offering a distinctive cuisine and maintaining a tremendous focus on guest service. We will be using this objective to drive us toward innovation and creativity in every area of a catered event, keeping to our company culture of continuous improvement. Tariq Mahmood, the CEO of Tandoori Pearl Restaurant, originally from Lahore, has been exploring the world of catering, kitchens and of restaurants for the past 25 years. His influence came from some of greatest restaurants and kitchens from Hilton, Awari, and Metropolitan group of hotels, Dubai, UAE. Adding to his global experience in the capacity of Management Team Member, he has in his credit catering for many head of states, ministers, ambassadors, community leaders and various dignitaries’.
